While we understand things in life happen from time to time we do have to implement a cancellation policy.

Day care we require 48hrs notice, after this our full charge would apply.

Home Boarding cancellations 7-14 days notice will be charged at 75% and 7 days or less our full charge will apply for the duration of the booked stay.

The 20% deposit paid to secure your dogs stay is non-refundable.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

We are licensed up to 8 dogs which includes our 2 dogs. Summer we are usually at maximum capacity as this is our busiest time.

We are happy to take un-neutered females as long as they are not in season however once the males have reached maturity we do not take entire males.

We are very well equipped with beds and bowls, however we understand some owners like to bring their own (Please make sure all bedding is clean)!  We do ask you to bring your dogs regular food, lead, collar/harness and maybe their favourite blanket. We advise toys to be left at home as this can cause resource guarding, however their favourite teddy to cuddle up with at night is fine.

We pride ourselves on the love and care we provide here and we always have their safety at mind. Dogs from the same household will always be in the same room as each other (unless ask otherwise), dogs from other households all have their own dedicated room in our house, this room remains theirs for the duration of their stay. This gives the owners reassurance that their dog is safe and settled at night.

Generally day care dogs are only left for a very short period of time, for instance we split the dog walks so some will stay home while we walk others. 

Boarding dogs can be left upto 3 hours, however we try not to go leave them for this long. When dogs are staying with us we have to make owners aware that we live our lives as normal, for instance we have to do the shopping, school run etc.

When we do go out we always make sure everyone is in their own room so groups are not left unattended.

We pride ourselves on making sure we keep your dogs safe. One of the ways we do this is we keep our records upto date with regards your dogs vaccinations. 

We cannot take dogs that are not vaccinated as this is in breach of our license regulations. If your dog does lapse  with their vaccinations this will need to be rectified before your dog is able to come and stay.

We don't require kennel cough vaccination.
